Missed Classes: Credit is not issued for missing classes or activities, however any missed class can be made up in another age-appropriate class during the same semester of the absence.

Appropriate Wardrobe: Students are expected to comply with the dress code for each class or activity.
Discipline: Students are expected to show respect to their peers and instructors. Clear expectations will be set at the beginning of each class.
Video and Audio Settings: Students must make sure that the device used has the correct video and audio settings for Zoom. It is best to test devices prior to class start time to assure that student and teacher can hear each other. Internet Connection Issues: Depending on each internet bandwidth, connection might be interrupted occasionally or sound and image might have delays. It is different for each household and we will do our best to inform the parents if we lose connection with the student.
Image Visibility: Student must be visible the entire duration of the class. The camera on the device used for the Zoom meeting must be on and the video must be running with the student in the view of the camera. If for any reason the student must leave the visibility of the instructor, the student must ask for permission. Just like the student would if they were in person for a class. Tardiness: Please login to the Zoom meetings on time. There is a 5 minutes grace period. Students may not log in after that.
Recording: No image or sound recording and no photos of any of our virtual classes is allowed by parents or students.
